I served in the US Air Force from November 1987 to March 1992. I was deployed during “Operation Desert Storm"/"Provide Comfort" as a Computer Systems Programming Specialist at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, with missions to Zakho and Atrush.

I filed my Form 2 in February 2026. I am running for America as an independent candidate on a shoe-string budget. I was born in San Angelo, TX, on July 20, 1967 (58 years old). Until recently, my political involvement was primarily as a voter, but life experience has changed my path.

The Pursuit of Justice

From October 15, 2020, through November 17, 2025, I was held captive by the State of Oklahoma. I am currently seeking an attorney big enough to take on a Constitutional challenge at the Supreme Court level—addressing the simple fact that "Bobby was trapped" and challenging the overreach of laws passed by Congress. It was during this time I realized I must do something to help more than just myself.

The 14th Amendment: Equal Protection

The Fourteenth Amendment states that no state shall deny any person the equal protection of the laws. This means the rules must apply the same to everyone—whether you are rich or poor, powerful or powerless, part of the majority or standing alone.

When the government creates special rules for some and different rules for others, everyone is harmed. Taking America forward means returning to the constitutional principle that the law must apply equally to all people.

Big Ideas for Funding America

We need to move away from property taxes and sales taxes that punish the working class. My model focuses on:

• Minimal Flat Tax: Separating basic government functions from fee-based services.
• School Greenhouses: Transforming schools into production centers that feed students and generate independent revenue.
• Respectable Gambling: Utilizing sports and games as a voluntary revenue stream for education and public works, rather than relying on property tax bills.
